VEGETABLE UTTAPAM

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread (brown, white or multigrain anyone ur choice )
- 1 cup normal semolina (suji)
- 1 cup vegan curd
- 1 small cup chopped onion
- 1 small cup chopped tomato
- 1 small cup chopped carrot
- 1 small cup chopped capsicum
Procedure
- Cut bread into small pieces add bread semolina or suji n vegan curd in blender
- Blend it in to paste then add all finely chopped vegetables into batter add a teaspoon of jeera and mustard seeds
- Add salt to taste then mix the vegetables in batter for 2 to 3 minutes
- Batter is ready to make tasty vegetable uttapam
- Take n non stick pan grease the pan with a drop of oil pour a big spoon of batter in to the pan leave it for 5 mins then turn the side till it gets golden brown colour
- Serve hot with green chutney or schezwan chutney
- Note it comes little brown colour bcos i used brown bread
- Serve it with your favourite chutney.
