This is a popular, easy and quick to prepare condiment from the land of Maharashtra. The nuttiness of peanuts, the spicy chilies and with a hint of garlic gives it a taste and texture not to be missed.
- Roasted Peanuts 1/2 cup
- Green Chillies 2-3
- Garlic 4-5 pods
- Salt to taste
- Ground roast peanuts, green chillies and garlic with salt.
It is ready to serve as a side dish served with traditional Bhakri rotis.
