SPINACH AND CORN DELIGHT from Punjab

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup boiled corn
- 2 cup chopped spinach
- 1tbsb mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp haldi
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp mango powder
- 1tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- salt to taste.
Procedure
- First take a pan, put desi ghee and heat it for a while.
- After that put mustard seed then put all the masalas and tomato puree then mix well for 5min.
- Then put corn and spinach and cover the pan. Cook for 10 mins.
- Serve with chappatis and bundi raita.
