SPINACH AND CORN DELIGHT from Punjab

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup boiled corn
  2. 2 cup chopped spinach
  3. 1tbsb mustard seeds
  4. 2 tbsp oil
  5. 1 tsp haldi
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp mango powder
  8. 1tsp coriander powder
  9. 1/2 cup tomato puree
  10. salt to taste.

Procedure

  1. First take a pan, put desi ghee and heat it for a while.
  2. After that put mustard seed then put all the masalas and tomato puree then mix well for 5min.
  3. Then put corn and spinach and cover the pan. Cook for 10 mins.
  4. Serve with chappatis and bundi raita.
