Special Occasion Masala with Coconut from Tamil Nadu

While making Sambar, add only half the quantity of sambar powder and balance with this Special masala for an authentic taste.
- Dhaniya Seeds
- ¾ spoon for Chana Dal
- Dry Red Chilli
- Take a little oil in kadai/pan add hing roast a spoon in Dhaniya seeds,
- Add 3/4 spoon of chana dal, dry red chilli and coconut and grind into a paste adding a little water
This fiery masala can be used to liven up many meals.
