Raab is specially had during winter, when one is sick or after delivery. It has amazing therapeutic properties.


Oil 2tbsp

Goond/ Gum  2 tbsp

Soonth/ Ginger powder 1 tbsp

Pipramoon Powder 1 tbsp

Water 2 cups

Jaggery...as per taste


In a non stick pan add 2 tbsp oil.

Add 2tbsp goond to it & go on stirring continuously, it will pop up & roast till dark brown.

Add 2 cups of water.

Add 1 tbsp soonth powder, 1 tbsp pipramoon powder mix & add jaggery according to your taste for sweetness.

Boil for 10-15mins.

Serve hot.
