Plum Spicy Chutney

The garam masala adds spiciness to this Plum chutney.


  1. Plum- 100g
  2. Jaggery- 100g or Sugar- 100g
  3. Garam Masala-1/4th spoon
  4. Salt- to taste
  5. Red chili powder- 1/4th spoon


  1. Soak plum and jaggery overnight, in 1 glass of water.
  2. Remove the seed and skin of the fruit. Boil to separate pulp.
  3. Mix the pulp with all masalas and grind in a mixie
  4. Boil till the mix reaches jam like consistency.
The Plum Chutney can now be relished!!
