Plum Spicy Chutney

The garam masala adds spiciness to this Plum chutney.
- Plum- 100g
- Jaggery- 100g or Sugar- 100g
- Garam Masala-1/4th spoon
- Salt- to taste
- Red chili powder- 1/4th spoon
- Soak plum and jaggery overnight, in 1 glass of water.
- Remove the seed and skin of the fruit. Boil to separate pulp.
- Mix the pulp with all masalas and grind in a mixie
- Boil till the mix reaches jam like consistency.
