Peanut Chutney

This nutty chutney with its spiciness makes a perfect combination with snacks, making it difficult to be missed.


  1. Peanuts-100g
  2. Garlic- 7-8 cloves
  3. Green Chillies- 2-3
  4. Curry Leaves- 8-7
  5. Mustard Seeds- ½ tea spoon
  6. Salt- to taste
  7. Water- ½ bowl
  8. Mustard Oil- 4-5 tbs


  1. Roast the peanuts
  2. Grind peanuts, garlic and green chilli with water, in a mixie.
  3. Temper the curry leaves and mustard seeds in hot mustard oil.
  4. Once cool, let the temper mix with peanut-garlic-green chilli paste.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. The Chutney is now ready to be served.
