A rich and flavourful spicy tangy chutney ideal accompaniment for idli, dosa and other south Indian breakfast.
- Onion- 250g
- Mint- 2-3 stems
- Tamarind- 50g
- Green chilli- 7-8
- Salt- to taste
- Boil the tamarind and separate its pulp.
- Put all ingredients into a mixie, and grind. Add the tamarind to the onion and mint mix and stir well. The Onion Chutney is ready to be relished!
