No one heard his screams, but they heard his silence.

Almost everyone failed to hear his screams; and then finally, someone heard his silence.

A speeding car tore his leg right off. It wasn’t until two days after that somebody called us to pick him up.

When we found him he was completely shut down. After all, when no one can hear you, what would you even scream for.

We cleaned off the maggots and started him on antibiotics. Now we are waiting until he is stable for surgery to remove the rest of the bone that is sticking out.
