Mango Coconut Popsicle

Ingredients

2 cups frozen mangoes

1/2 can full fat Coconut Milk or fresh Coconut Milk

Sugar as per taste

Instructions

1. Add mangoes to a blender. Blend until crumbly.

2. Add coconut milk and sugar, blending until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender well.

3. Pour this mixture into a Popiscle mold. Make sure to leave about ¼ of space at the top of the mold to allow the popsicles to expand in the freezer.

4. Freeze for 6-8 hours.

5. Remove from the freezer. If needed, allow to thaw for a few minutes. Run popsicle mold under a bit of lukewarm water to help them loosen.

Your Popsicles are ready. Enjoy!!!
