Ingredients
Ingredients:
- Mahua Flower
- Wheat flour
- Sugar
- Water
PROCEDURE:
- Soak mahua flowers in water for four hours.
- Strain out water.
- Prepare batter with wheat flour. Add sugar.
- Flatten the dough into puri size rounds.
- Fry it in oil.
- Serve hot with aam ka achar.
