LAUKI KA CHEELA from Madhya Pradesh

Ingredients
- 2 small cups of wheat flour (आटा)
- 1 big onion finely chopped
- 1 big tomato
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon besan (gram flour)
- Coriander leaves
- Lauki (लौकी) half kg bottle gourd grated
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder
Procedure
- Take a big deep bowl add wheat flour, besan, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes , grated lauki ,green chilli , coriander leaves salt n red chilli powder
- Add 2 cups of water make smooth paste like normal chillas
- (Note not too thick not too watery)
- Take a non stick tawa just apply lil oil with brush then pour the batter n make chillas
- Not too thick not too thin Medium sized
- Toast both sides in a slow flame until golden brown
- Serve hot with green chutney or coconut chutney
