JACKFRUIT DOSA from Karela

Ingredients:
- Jackfruit pulp - 1½ cup
- Soaked Dosa rice - 2 cups (approx.)
- Grated coconut - 2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Cardamom - 2
- Salt according to your taste
PROCEDURE:
- Grind all the ingredients into a dosa batter.
- But the batter consistency should be thicker than the normal dosa batter.
- Apply Desi ghee on an iron dosa tawa. Make Dosas out of it.
Serve with spicy coconut chutney or Sprouted moong kurma. Makes it a good combo.
