  1. Slice bread (either white or brown or multigrain)
  2. 1/2 cup sooji
  3. 1/2 cup vegan curd
  4. 1 chopped Onion
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. 1 chopped capsicum
  7. 2 chopped green chilli
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Salt to taste


  1. Add Sooji, vegan curd & all the chopped veggies in a bowl. Mix everything into a smooth batter. Stand it for 10 mins.
  2. Toast the bread slightly with butter. On one side, spread the above batter evenly. It should not be a very thick layer.
  3. Place this side on the frying pan. You can fry it in oil.
  4. Cook both sides evenly. Press it with the spatula slightly.
  5. Once ready, cut into a triangle shape.
  6. Serve them hot with ketchup or green chutney.

Serve hot for breakfast!!
