INSTANT MOONG MASOOR DAAL PURI from Gujrat

- Cooked tadka daal (1 cup)
- 2 tbsp Besan
- One and a half cup Atta/ wheat flour
- 1 tsp ajwain
- Red chilli
- Take a bowl and put all the ingredients and mix well.
- Make a soft dough and then keep for 15 min then fry it normally.
When ready, serve it with channa!!
