Grapes Chutney with Red Chilli

This gives the tangy grape chutney spiciness.


  1. Raw grapes (preferred); normal would suffice too- 250g
  2. Lemon- 1 big
  3. Green Chilli- 5-6
  4. Salt- to taste
  5. Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
  6. Red Chilli powder- ½ tsp


  1. Boil the grapes and separate the pulp from the skin
  2. Add salt, garam masala powder, red chilli and vinegar.
  3. Give it another boil; heat till the mix turns to jam like consistency.
  4. The Chutney can now be relished.
