FUSION OPEN SANDWICH

For the tikki(pattice)
- Boiled mashed potatoes
- Finely chopped bell peppers, onions, coriander n green chillies.
- Spoonful of breadcrumbs.
- Salt , Cumin/jeera powder,chilli powder, Mango powder/amchur to taste.
For assembling the sandwich
- Sliced cucumber,onion, tomatoes.
- Washed Iceberg lettuce
- Vegan Mayonnaise
- Mustard n chill sauce.
- For the tikki mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shape into tikkis.Then grease a pan and grill the tikkis till crisp.
- For assembling the sandwich, add any or all of the options on a slice of bread with the tikki and bite into this slice of fusion!
- Best enjoyed with a bowl of soup!
