FAFDA CHAAT from Gujrat

- Besan - 1 Bowl
- Baking soda - 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Ajwain - ½ tsp
- Potato - Boiled
- Tamarind Chutney
- Green Chutney
- In a bowl of besan add baking soda, salt as per taste, oil, ajwain and water and mix to bind flour
- Flour should not be too hard nor too soft
- Then take small ball of the flour and with a palm drag it on roller and with the help of knife remove it and fry it
- Then cut boiled potato in cubes and onion in rings in a plate along with the fafdas.
Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney and enjoy the snack!!
