Cabbage aur Besan ka chilla

- Gram Flour/ Besan
- White Flour/ Maida
- Capsicum, Tomato, Onions and other herbs Optional
- Regular Spices
- Grind the cabbage, then boil it, strain the water.
- Make a Dough- Cabbage, Besan, Maida, Salt, Sugar, Masala.
- Can also add - Capsicum, Tomato, Onions and other herbs
- Take one Scoop and put it on a non-stick flat pan and spread it like a dosa.
- Flip and Fry, can also add oil
And it's ready to serve.
