Cabbage aur Besan ka chilla

Ingredients

  1. Cabbage
  2. Gram Flour/ Besan
  3. White Flour/ Maida
  4. Capsicum, Tomato, Onions and other herbs Optional
  5. Salt
  6. Sugar
  7. Regular Spices
  8. Oil

Procedure

  1. Grind the cabbage, then boil it, strain the water.
  2. Make a Dough- Cabbage, Besan, Maida, Salt, Sugar, Masala.
  3. Can also add - Capsicum, Tomato, Onions and other herbs
  4. Take one Scoop and put it on a non-stick flat pan and spread it like a dosa.
  5. Flip and Fry, can also add oil

And it's ready to serve.
