Cabbage aur Besan ka Chilla

  1. Cabbage 1 small
  2. Gram Flour/ Besan 1/2 cup
  3. White Flour/ Maida 1/4th cup
  4. Capsicum, Tomato, Onions and other herbs Optional
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar 1 spoon
  7. Regular Spices
  8. Oil


  1. Grind the cabbage, then boil it, strain the water.
  2. Make a Dough- Cabbage, Besan, Maida, Salt, Sugar, Masala.
  3. Can also add - Capsicum, Tomato, Onions and other herbs
  4. Take one scoop and put it on a non-stick flat pan and spread it like a dosa.
  5. Flip and Fry and put oil on both sides till golden.

And it's ready to serve!!
