Cabbage aur Besan ka Chilla

- Cabbage 1 small
- Gram Flour/ Besan 1/2 cup
- White Flour/ Maida 1/4th cup
- Capsicum, Tomato, Onions and other herbs Optional
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 spoon
- Regular Spices
- Grind the cabbage, then boil it, strain the water.
- Make a Dough- Cabbage, Besan, Maida, Salt, Sugar, Masala.
- Can also add - Capsicum, Tomato, Onions and other herbs
- Take one scoop and put it on a non-stick flat pan and spread it like a dosa.
- Flip and Fry and put oil on both sides till golden.
And it's ready to serve!!
