Boboh Cake from Goa

Is a traditional Goan recipe which can be made with Semolina too
- Coconut Shredded
- Cardamom seeds
- Soak rice for 6 hours.
- Wash it well and put in a blender with shredded coconut
- Add 3 pieces of cardamom seeds . Blend it well.
- Now add jaggery and blend it again.
- Pour the mixture into a metal container with a lid and put into a big pan with boiling water in it.
- Steam for around 40min.
The Boboh is ready for you to savour.
