Bhanjeera ki Chutney from Uttrakhand

Bhanjeera are aromatic seeds, that are used as a spice and to prepare flavored chutney. Oil extracted from the seeds is used in cooking or as a medicine. These seeds are  known to be rich in Omega 3 & Omega 6, essential fatty acids making the chutney loaded with nutrition.


  1. Bhanjeera 1/2 cup
  2. Green chillies 2-3
  3. Dhania/ coriander leaves a bunch
  4. Garlic 3-4 pods


  1. Grind all the ingredients in a grindstone or a mixer.
  2. The chutney is ready to serve.
