Besan Ladoo

Besan 3 cups

Oil 1 and 1/2 cup

Grinded sugar 1 and 1/2 cup

Rava 1 tbsp

Cardamom/ elaichi powder 1 tea spoon

Half cup of broken cashews

Half cup of Vegan milk


Take a deep fry pan and heat the oil.

Then put besan and rava and reduce the flame.

Continue to stir besan on slow flame.

Keep stirring till it becomes golden in colour and oil separates.

Add one teaspoon of elaichi powder when oil is hot and then put half cup of vegan milk and mix well.

Off gas and mix the mixture very well.

It will be a little cracky and let it cool. Add powdered sugar mix very well and add broken cashews.

Your mixture for ladoo is ready and you can bind them into yummy ladoos.
